DDA has developed into a new-type urban district, with well-established public service facilities. The community construction of DDA is relatively concentrated and there are totally 38 communities at present. These high-class communities are commonly equipped with community clubs, where residents may enjoy fitness, swimming, relaxation, food and other recreational and entertainment activities.

 

     Two grade-II comprehensive hospitals, i.e. DDA Hospital and DDA Branch  of No.1 Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University, of which the latter boasts 500 beds and sound facilities for medical care. VIP consulting rooms are specially set up for foreigners.
